This scroll sawn, cherry wood, ice skate has a silhouette of a man and woman ice skating. It is mounted on a walnut wood backer with a saw tooth hanger for mounting on a wall. This piece has nostalgia written all over it. It will bring back memories or a picture of days gone by when times were more formal but just as much fun as today.
The plaque measures 8" by 7". Both pieces of wood are about 1/4" thick. It is finished with Danish oil wood finish which provides a beautiful non glare finish that excentuates the wood grain.
